Meet Stacie De Lucia

MS, RDN, LDN

"I created a different kind of nutrition care where you feel heard, supported, and truly have a seat at the table."

I believe food should be nourishing, enjoyable, and something that brings us together. My faith is also at the heart of the way I view health:

I believe our bodies were beautifully created with an incredible capacity for healing, and nutrition is one of the ways we can care for them well.

Tavola brings together so many things I care about: thoughtful nutrition, meaningful connection, good food, creativity, and helping people feel more confident in their health.

Tavola was created from a simple belief: nutrition care should feel personal, approachable, and human.

Here, you are more than a diagnosis or list of symptoms.
We take the time to understand your story, your health, and your life, then look beneath the surface to ask why you may be feeling the way you do.

Our approach combines evidence-based nutrition, clinical experience, and personalized care to create realistic recommendations that work for you.

There is no one-size-fits-all plan. We work as a team, meeting you where you are, supporting you along the way, and building sustainable changes one step at a time.

Rooted in nutrition. Centered around the table.

About Stacie

Functional Registered Dietitian & Founder of Tavola Nutrition

For as long as I can remember, I have always been someone who has been captivated by food, and spent most of my life in the kitchen, whether cooking, eating, or just spending time with friends and family around the table.

Growing up in an Italian-American household in North Jersey with a dietitian mom, food was always more than just something we ate. It was a celebration, a reason to gather, and the center of so many of my favorite family memories. I guess you could say it’s in my blood.

Naturally, I went on to study nutrition in college and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Delaware and later completed my Master’s degree in Functional Nutrition. Over the years, my work in community nutrition and functional medicine has shaped the way I practice today: looking beyond symptoms, asking better questions, and helping people understand the bigger picture of their health.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me outside hiking, exploring somewhere new, or taking my dog on a long walk. I love quality time with friends and family, serving at my church, wandering through farmers markets, and discovering new places.

My goal with Tavola is simple: to make nutrition feel personal, practical, and genuinely supportive.
